Tenant Spotlight - CityPlace Welcomes Cejka Search
25 years of service excellence:
Cejka Search epitomizes the entrepreneurial spirit. Started in 1981 and directed toward physician recruitment, they have always focused on providing healthcare executive and physician recruitment and retention solutions for physician organizations throughout the nation. They have grown to nearly 90 employees and their services encompass the entire spectrum of healthcare staffing.
Cejka Search has been carefully structured to retain the entrepreneurial spirit and the close relationships with clients that they nurtured as a smaller organization. Their growth has not been limited to number of employees -- services they offer have expanded into such areas as single-source outsourced physician recruitment, healthcare executive search, a close examination of physician retention trends, and the recruitment/staffing of mid-level and director-level healthcare professionals. Careful selection and training of staff, maintenance of strong client relationships, and the insistence on quality results have fostered steady growth.
National in scope, Cejka Search is ranked in the top 5 of all U.S. retained healthcare search firms* and has become a strong force in outsourced physician recruitment models. As reflected in their client satisfaction ratings, they are positioned to remain the best at what they do, which is one of their primary goals. *by Executive Recruiter News (Healthcare)

SUBURBAN ST. LOUIS CITY HIGHLIGHTS
http://www.heartlandrebusiness.com/articles/APR07/highlight1.html
The St. Louis suburban office market experienced an increased demand for office space at the end of 2006, with more than 1.1 million square feet of office product absorbed. Recent growth in St. Louis’ service sector, including the financial services and professional services industries, contributed to this demand. Tenant demand for quality office space is expected to continue in the St. Louis region. With few large blocks of contiguous space available, continued growth in the St. Louis office market will escalate plans for build-to-suit and new construction development.

Widening The Drive ~ This exciting project is in full swing, and is due to be complete in the very near future! Not only will the widening help with the flow of traffic at the Olive & CityPlace Dr. intersection during the busiest times of the day; but, it will also straighten the path down to the East and West Garage entrances. As always, safety is key for all involved during these developmental phases on campus. For the sake of the workers and your co-workers navigating CityPlace Drive, we ask that you please take every precaution and drive slowly and safely.

We’ve got stairs! Along with the widening of the sidewalk between buildings One and Two on CityPlace Drive, we’ve added new plaza stairs, connecting the sidewalk across from building Three to the Lake Level patio.
