CityPlace 7
CityPlace 7 is a development project located directly across from the CityPlace Campus. The Koman Group is fully entitled to construct a six-story, 220,000 square foot Class A office building with 33,000 square feet of retail at grade and covered, secured parking.
The Koman Group has recently entertained stand-alone retail and medical office uses for the CityPlace 7 site. The location’s traffic counts and proximity to residential density contribute to a wide range of development use possibilities. We plan to break ground on one or more projects in 2010.
