CityPlace North
CityPlace North is a 2.2-acre site marking the front door to the CityPlace Campus. The site fronts a heavily traversed road, surrounded by significant retail density: McDonald’s, Trader Joe’s, U.S. Bank, Provisions Gourmet Market, Creve Coeur Camera and other strip retailers. Plans for the site will largely be dictated by market conditions, but will assuredly be a welcome addition to CityPlace in both scale and design. Hospitality and corporate office, with supporting retail uses, have been considered to date.
