CityPlace Four is a four-story class A office building located on the northern corner of the CityPlace Campus, which provides its tenants with a 6,000 square foot fitness center, 150-seat auditorium, 50-seat training facility, on-site café and catering service, lakeside patio seating and campus Wi-Fi.
CityPlace Four is the first building that extended the CityPlace Campus over Ballas road, allowing the construction of two more office buildings and two condominium buildings within CityPlace. Located along the I-270 corridor, the campus is within 10 minutes of Lambert International Airport, Clayton and West County. The central location, on-site hospitality (Courtyard by Marriott, Drury Inn), and adjacent retail accentuate the campus's many internal benefits. The Koman Group further positioned CityPlace Four to provide a secluded feel with natural landscaping along side integrated and surrounding residential.
