Brittany Acres
The Koman Group acquired, rehabilitated and sold the Brittany Acres development in 2001. Featuring rehabilitation of 300 rental units, the Brittany Acres project in Bridgeton, Missouri was similar in scope to The Koman Group’s first projects under Bill Koman, Sr. in the 1960s. Mr. Koman developed college housing early in his career, prior to the firm moving on to larger office and retail developments, and prior to the transition of the firm to Bill Koman, Jr.
Today The Koman Group manages CityPlace Condominiums, a 22-unit for-sale residential project on the CityPlace Campus. While not active in the residential marketplace, we are presently seeking incentive-rich mixed use projects located in urban areas. Those projects featuring federal and state Historic Tax Credits and tax increment financing vehicles are particularly attractive as The Koman Group reviews new multifamily investments.
