The campus’s 95% occupancy is a testament to our responsiveness and amenities, which include a 6,000 square foot fitness center, cafeteria, auditorium and premium on-site retail amenities. The Koman Group is presently in the process of delivering such services to the Centene Plaza development, slated for a July 2010 opening, and is translating its program to office acquisitions throughout the Midwest and West Coast.
