We understand the regulated healthcare environment and can tailor lease, joint venture and financing structures to best achieve each client’s individual real estate goals.

Our medical capabilities are illustrated through development of CityPlace Five. The Koman Group completed the 83,000 square foot medical building in 2006, leasing it to 92% occupancy at market-leading rental rates within the medical-heavy Creve Coeur, Missouri market. Koman divested the asset in 2007 for the highest price per square foot to date for St. Louis metro medical space, and continued to perform all leasing and property management responsibilities through 2009.
