The center is 100% occupied by Microsoft and is considered one of the most powerful data centers in the world. The Koman Group completed development in 2008 and divested the asset in 2009.
Featuring state-of-the-art container and raised floor capabilities, the Northlake Data Center is ground-breaking in both scale and flexibility.
