Julie Panagos, Senior Property Manager

Julie joined The Koman Group in 2004 as the Senior Property Manager, responsible for the day to day management of The Koman Group portfolio which includes CityPlace Office, Retail and The Oaks. Her current responsibilities include budget preparation, financial reporting, and tenant retention for the assets in her portfolio.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Julie worked as a Property Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where she was responsible for daily operations of commercial properties encompassing full service office buildings, retail centers and industrial buildings. Her previous assignment was Senior Property Manager of West Port Plaza, a 1,000,000 sf office and retail complex in St. Louis.
