Garrick Hamilton, General Counsel

Garrick joined The Koman Group in the Summer of 2006 as its General Counsel.  His contributions to The Koman Group will include the preparation and coordination of acquisition, leasing, zoning and financing documentation, the implementation and management of legal policies as well as the identification and development of new assets in expansion of The Koman Group portfolio.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Garrick practiced law with Husch & Eppenberger, LLC in its St. Louis, Missouri office.  His experiences include structuring complex commercial property acquisitions, commercial and office leasing, zoning, commercial finance and the coordination and structure of municipal financing packages, including tax increment financing in Missouri and Illinois.  While at Husch, Garrick represented a wide array of clients in every facet of real estate development and on projects ranging from stand-alone retail and professional buildings to multi-million dollar mixed use developments.
