Dennis
McNearney, Facility Manager
Dennis joined The Koman Group in 2004 as
the Facilities Manager. His current responsibilities
include, repair, maintenance and capital
improvements to CityPlace office, retail
and The Oaks.
Prior to joining The Koman Group, Dennis
managed tenant improvementS, capital improvementS
and the day to day operationS of the maintenance
department at West Port Plaza for 29 years.
Dennis was one of the first recipients of
the BOMA SMA designation in St. Louis. |
