Dan O’Connor,
Vice President Operations & Construction

Dan O’Connor is a 16 year veteran of The Koman Group’s construction and operations department.

As the Vice President of Operations and Construction, O’Connor brings more than 25 years of construction management and development experience to his role. His background includes such Class A office projects as the construction management, development and operations of CityPlace Two, Three, and Four Other projects managed and developed in addition include Mixed Use Retail Buildings, as well as the operation and tenant finish projects of over 2 million sq ft of space in  CityPlace One, CityPlace Retail and The Oaks.

Additionally, O’Connor’s responsibilities include planning and implementing zoning of all projects currently under development and provides a support role for financing and leasing.  He also serves as Vice Chair/President and Assistant Treasurer on the Creve Coeur TDD Board of Directors

Prior to joining The Koman Group, O’Connor worked for The Sheraton Hotels of Westport in operations and construction.
