Carolyn M. Gollub, Director of Medical Office Development

Carolyn joined The Koman Group in 2006 and brings with her 20 years of experience working in health care systems, medical environments with academic and community physicians. She has broad experience developing and implementing sales and marketing programs, strategic plans and identifying/developing new service lines. In addition to her proven abilities in recruiting and managing marketing hospital/health system services in new markets; her expertise includes setting up and negotiating medical office building development and physician practices and leases.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Carolyn was the Director of Physician Services for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and BJC Health Systems for 20 years.

During her tenure there, she was instrumental in development of hospital sales and marketing, physician recruitment, physician practice management, strategic planning, budgeting, new business development, special events, Medical Staff Association, physician-to-physician telemarketing, continuing medical education, physician outreach and VIP concierge program.
