As President of The Koman Group, Bill Koman has had experience in the construction, development, and brokerage fields for more than twenty years.  Bill's background has included development of Class A office space, power centers, and boutique retail.

He has structured over $300 million in new deals for The Koman Group, and has leased over 2,000,000 sq ft of space.
