The CityPlace Master Plan includes an expansion
of the campus with two new
office buildings totaling 300,000 square
feet, and a residential phase with two condominium
buildings. The first condominium building will be on-line in the fall of 2005.
In addition, contiguous ground that is currently
being zoned will add more than 350,000 sq
ft of additional residential, boutique retail
and office.
