The Koman Group has also become a key
player in the City of Creve Coeur and
has established itself as the market leader
in all areas of commercial development.
Creve Coeur is the third largest employer
municipality in St. Louis after The City
of St. Louis and Clayton. It is a vibrant
community with median incomes of approximately
$100,000 and strong infrastructure based
on location, business and school districts.
The CityPlace Master Plan is to create
a new urban central business district
for the city of Creve Coeur. CityPlace
will be the foundation of this new CBD,
which will provide additional infill development
opportunities inside this trade area.
The last two years, TKG has led an effort
to create a Transportation Development
District directly inside of this trade
area, which is a defined district that
is funded by an incremental sales tax
and provides for specific improvements
that will allow an increase in development,
improve traffic flow/access management,
and aesthetics.
In addition, our property management team also oversees small or no cost “goodwill” services such as:
- Sponsoring book fairs, blood drives
-
Complimentary campus events – “Choc”toberfest, BBQ’s, Ice Cream Socials, and summer JazzFest
- Tenant anniversary cakes
- Special note cards honoring a tenant newsworthy event
- Charitable contributions during the holidays made on behalf of our tenants
- Coordinate and sponsor monthly "meet and greet" happy hour gatherings called “CC@5” with the City of Creve Coeur and the local Chamber of Commerce
- Quarterly newsletter for the CityPlace campus, highlighting tenant achievements, new tenants and upcoming city and campus events
