Charles E. Gillum, Managing Director of Asset Management and Leasing

Chuck joined The Koman Group in January of 2006 as the Managing Director of Asset Management and Leasing with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. His role at Koman will focus on new developments as we continue to expand our portfolio. In addition, his responsibilities include the overall asset management and marketing strategies for The Koman Group.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Chuck was Vice President of National Leasing with one of the nation’s largest office REIT’s, Trizec Properties Inc. where he worked with many of the fortune 500 companies in negotiating lease transactions and ongoing customer service programs throughout the United States. Chuck has leased in excess of 4.5 million square feet through out his career.

Major clients include: Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, AON, AIG, Wachovia, Block Buster, Exxon Mobile, Chevron, FannieMae, IBM CitiGroup, Federal Express, G.E., Price Waterhouse Coopers, JPMorgan Chase, Omnicom, WPP, Nextel, Morgan Stanley, Merril Lynch, Maker & mcKenzie, American Express, Ernst & Young.
