Michael P. Johnson, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Johnson joined The Koman Group in 2011 to concentrate on the day to day management of the financial operations, asset management and capital/debt financing. Prior to joining The Koman Group, Mr. Johnson was the Chief Financial Officer of Chicago-based Higgins Development Partners. Over his 15 year tenure with the firm, Mr. Johnson was involved in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of over $1 billion worth of office and industrial projects. Before Higgins, Mr. Johnson was a Financial Analyst for Chicago-based Miglin-Beitler, directly involved with the asset management of over 15 million square feet of office space.
