Julie C. Panagos, Senior Property Manager

Mrs. Panagos joined The Koman Group in 2004 as the Senior Property Manager, responsible for the day to day management of The Koman Group portfolio which includes over one million square feet of office, retail and medical space. Her current responsibilities include budget preparation, financial reporting, and tenant retention for the assets in her portfolio.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Julie worked as a Property Manager with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where she was responsible for daily operations of commercial properties encompassing full service office buildings, retail centers and industrial buildings. Her previous assignment was Senior Property Manager of West Port Plaza, a 1,000,000 square feet office and retail complex in St. Louis, where she worked closely with Goldman Sachs management team, The Archon Group.

Mrs. Panagos has professional affiliations with BOMA, St. Louis Association of Realtors, and CREW — Commercial Real Estate Women. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pre Law from Truman State University in 1995.
