Joshua J. Udelhofen, Director of Leasing

Mr. Udelhofen handles all aspects of leasing for The Koman Group portfolio. These efforts include asset strategy, lease negotiations and marketing.

Before joining The Koman Group, Mr. Udelhofen was a leasing associate for Jones Lang LaSalle and CRESA Partners/Pace Properties in St. Louis. He specialized in tenant representation and real estate portfolio management/consulting. In his eight years in the St. Louis real estate market, Mr. Udelhofen has completed more than 1.7 million square feet of leases and sales with a transaction value in excess of $120 million.

Additionally, Mr. Udelhofen has been involved with build-to-suit and development projects, performing financial feasibility studies and master planning programs.
