Garrick R. Hamilton, General Counsel

Mr. Hamilton joined The Koman Group in 2006. His contributions to The Koman Group include the preparation and coordination of acquisition, leasing, zoning and financing documentation; the implementation and management of legal policies; and the identification and development of new assets.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Mr. Hamilton practiced law with Husch & Eppenberger, LLC, in its St. Louis office. His contributions include structuring complex commercial property acquisitions, commercial and office leasing, zoning, commercial finance and the coordination and structure of municipal financing packages. These included tax increment financing in Missouri and Illinois. While at Husch, Mr. Hamilton represented a wide array of clients in every facet of real estate development and on projects ranging from stand-alone retail and professional buildings to multimillion dollar mixed use developments.
