Ellen Mannion, Director of Retail Leasing
Ms. Mannion joined The Koman Group in July 2009 as Retail Specialist. With over 25 years of commercial leasing and tenant representation experience, Ms. Mannion manages all aspects of retail leasing for The Koman Group. She is currently leasing Centene Plaza, the new mixed-use retail & office development in Clayton, Missouri and manages CityPlace retail developments in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Ms. Mannion will handle future retail development/acquisition opportunities and tenant representation in St. Louis and other markets.
Ms. Mannion’s previous experience includes leasing the St. Louis Galleria and representing national retailers in coordinating and implementing their real estate expansion strategies as leasing manager for Hycel Properties. She also managed the marketing program and 100% lease up of The Crescent, a high-end mixed-use retail/condominium development in Clayton, Missouri.
Prior to Hycel, she was Senior Leasing Manger with Westfield Corporation, responsible for leasing two regional malls in St. Louis: Chesterfield Mall and Crestwood Plaza. Ms. Mannion also worked for The Desco Group as Senior Leasing Manager, handling a real estate portfolio in excess of 4.5 million square feet.
