Daniel B. O’Connor, Vice President, Development

Mr. O’Connor is a 16-year veteran of The Koman Group’s construction and operations department. He brings more than 25 years of construction management and development experience to his role. Mr. O’Connor’s background includes such Class A office projects as the construction management, development and operations of CityPlace 2, 3, 4 and 6.

Recently, Mr. O’Connor directed the development of the Northlake Data Center. At 706,000 square feet, it is one of the largest data centers in the world and has been identified by several trade publications as a model for future data center development.

Mr. O’Connor has also managed development of The Koman Group’s retail assets, as well as the operation and tenant finish projects of more than two million square feet of space in CityPlace 1, CityPlace Retail and The Oaks.

Additionally, Mr. O’Connor’s responsibilities include planning and implementing zoning for all projects currently in development and providing support for financing and leasing activities. He has served as Vice Chair/President and Assistant Treasurer on the Creve Coeur TDD Board of Directors.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Mr. O’Connor worked for the Sheraton Hotels at Westport in operations and construction.
