Daniel J. Farris, Financial Analyst, Acquisitions and Investments

Mr. Farris joined The Koman Group in 2010 to focus on all financial aspects for developing new product types and markets.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Mr. Farris was a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer with Regions Bank in St Louis, managing an existing commercial real estate loan portfolio of over $100 million and focusing on new business development. Mr. Farris also co-founded Pantheon Capital, LLC, an investment fund focused on market rate student housing acquisitions and development in the Midwestern United States. Previously Mr. Farris was the Director of Acquisitions for Mobilitie, LLC, a start up telecom infrastructure investment firm located in Newport Beach, CA and an Associate Equity Analyst with AG Edwards focusing on publicly REITs.

Throughout his eclectic career in real estate Mr. Farris has managed a mortgage portfolio of over $100 million, closed over 400 real estate equity investments totaling $125+ million, underwritten more than $2 billion worth of transactions and been a key contributor with 2 start-up companies.
