Carolyn M. Gollub, Director of Medical Office Development

Mrs. Gollub joined The Koman Group in 2006 as the Director of Medical Office Development. Her role at Koman focuses on all aspects of medical development and leasing partnering with physicians, hospitals/health systems and healthcare organizations as we continue to expand our portfolio.

Prior to joining The Koman Group, Mrs. Gollub was the Director of Physician Services for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and BJC Health Systems for 20 years, where she led the Physician Services sales and marketing department working with academic and community physicians as well as handled all lease negotiations in the medical office buildings.

Mrs. Gollub graduated from The University of Illinois in 1985 with a BS in Health Planning and Administration and a Masters degree in Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in 1993. She is on the board of directors of The Wellness Community and has professional affiliations with CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women, MGMA – Medical Group Management Association, HBA – Healthcare Business Women’s Association and St. Louis Association of Realtors.
