Thomas A. Finnerty, Vice President - Development

Mr. Finnerty joined The Koman Group in 2011 to concentrate on the day-to-day management of the construction and development department. He brings more than 25 years of construction management and development experience to his role. Mr. Finnerty’s background includes management of private sector and public sector projects ranging from award winning high rise urban office towers to multi-building corporate headquarters campus projects to large-scale master-planned suburban business parks. Prior to joining The Koman Group, Mr. Finnerty was the Senior Vice President of Development of Chicago-based Higgins Development Partners. Over his 25 year tenure with the firm, Mr. Finnerty was involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over $5 billion worth of office, institutional, hospitality, data center and industrial projects.
